Mix two parts brown sugar or brown sugar substiute, one part Old Bay seasoning, and one part Creole seasoning. Rub over salmon and bake, and squeeze fresh lemon juice at the end. It's a sweet and spicy kick, totally yummy.

If I work out right after I finish my work shift, it really tends to curb my hunger. And if I work out hard and drink lots of water, my hunger seems to go away!

My TV streams Youtube, so there are A LOT of workout options on there. Also, if you have Netflix I understand there are workouts to watch there. I bake rinsed chickpeas with a little olive oil spray and chili powder and salt, they bake up crunchy, its a great alternative to something like popcorn or corn nuts.

This is going to sound silly, but yesterday I was starving, and we have several bags of frozen veggies in the freezer. I steamed the whole bag, like 3-4 cups. I drained the water, coated them with a couple tablespoons FF sour cream, and sprinkled soy bacon bits. It TOTALLY filled my belly, and for under 150 calories.

Can you use Splenda in place of the white sugar? Not sure it would work with the brown sugar. Looks deliciious....
