That is a huge success being strong enough to not eat all those sweets. My down fall are regular cokes. I have had two cokes in about 3 wks which is a mini success for me.

I'm in! I already weigh in on Mondays. There are some days that I eat my 1200 calories plus either some or all of my exercise calories. So, I will try this for a week to see if it will help me loose a little more. Currently I lost 2.2 in a week. I'm assuming we should check back next week?

I have the same issue. I have been walking for a little over a week and I am trying to slim by thighs down, so I can be slimed down for my next skydive adventure in June. Congrats on the new baby, and I will send you a friend request. This site is awesome!

Welcome to MFP! I have been logging my calories/exercise for a week. I love this site. They actually had food in the database from a small place I eat in my hometown. I have felt a lot better since watching my portions/food and exercising.

I would like to join the challenge. I'm going back to Florida in June to do some more sky diving. I have a thyroid issue, and my weakness was drinking soft drinks. Today is day 4, not soft drinks and I have been walking and doing sit ups. I hope I don't tire out quick.
