I actually love running on a treadmill, because it's just so much easier than running outdoors :'D (I still run outdoor more often ;)) A good thing is that you could take a book or something or an ipad to keep your mind off the pain :) And music is always pretty helpful.

Had to repeat the first day of week 6 :x I actually wanted to do the first 10min, but then felt pretty weak, so I decided to do the 5-8-5 :x Gonna do better in two days time :)

I still think it's wrong to just say nothing and watch these people starve and harm their bodies. It's still their decision, but I'd feel bad if I didn't at least try to help

Yeah I'm just really worried about all these young girls starving themselves to death, being promoted by other girls that are anorexic... I guess that is the dark side of sites like this one. It helps these girls and boys to make sure they eat nothing, and find people who do the same...

I'm half-german, and live in Germany. Yeah, a lot of people still don't seem to foget the WWII... But seriously, I wasn't even born that time and neither was my mum, so really, you can't blame our generation, can you? :/

BMR: 1,335kcal Daily Goal: 1,300kcal + Exercise Calorie: ~ 133kcal Used to eat 1200 (sometimes even less) but lost hardly anything Since I've upped my calorie intake I've been losing much faster :)

I dunno, I just think they look better :/ I'll probably never have that gap cuz my body is just built differently but I'm trying to get closest I can be by exercising and burning fat.

Well, if you're honest with yourself then eating "unhealthy" stuff (fries, chocolate, ice cream etc.) is cheating, even if it fits into your daily calories. BUT I think (if you're not trying to become a zero body fat bodybuilder) it's totally okay to sometimes eat something unhealthy, if you don't overdo it. So yeah, for…
