Great idea. For some reason a pre-made salad didn't even come into my head! I have to preplan or else I just won't do it lol If I mentally tell myself, I am having this and I have to make it & get it ready then i will. Thanks!

I'm a quick eater, and always have been! Ive been recently feeding my daughter and myself at the same time, which slows me down because I have to stop and feed her. But when shes eating finger foods I try and put my fork down or take a sip of water every few bites.

You have to ease into it and make sure you stay hydrated- that will help with your muscles being sore. Also after an intense cardio workout I like to take a luke warm shower, it helps loosen up my muscles and will wake you up a bit!
