Good morning, Really starting my new week's focus today. I ended 1 lb up from last week, but I know why and it's OK. Lessoned learned. Too much salt and not enough water. I am determined to kill it for the rest of the week. My goals for this week are: 1. Log EVERYTHING 2. Drink my water- Silly maybe but I'm going to set a…

unknownsister, I was really thinking about the logging thing and I remember that when I first started on MFP a couple of years ago I found it super difficult to log everything/day. I was working 50 hrs. a week back then and I just couldn't make the time to do it and then of course staying on track was harder too as I was a…

Good job Flora! And happy birthday to your kids. Rhonnda, how's your scrapbook coming along? You've inspired me to do something similar too. Is everyone weighing today since it is the end of the week? Good luck to all. :) I have really enjoyed this thread this week.

I couldn't resist, I read it. I did find it entertaining. It's very odd though. I don't think that this whole "historical fiction" genre is for me. All in all, not too bad. Wonder if the movie will be any good?

I love fall too, mid October to Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite time of year. But, when I lived in Texas it had to be springtime. Bluebonnets are so beautiful!

My daily walk turned into a sprint when my sons school bus was early and passed me up on the way to get him. Whew. My baby was bouncing along in her stroller giggling, which really cheered me on.

I am in love with zucchini ribbon salad. Just take your veggie peeler and shave the raw zucchini into long ribbons. Garnish with scallions, grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds, carrot ribbons, and your fave dressing. So delish and it looks super fancy too.
