The scale should be your biggest motivation. If you are putting in the right work and effort and she scale keeps keeping up short then that should only motivate you to push even harder and realize what the work really takes to reach your goals. Good luck and keep on pushing through!!

That sounds awesome! Great planning. I live to plan meals out in advanced then it's really easy to stick to. I think I'm just going to have to force myself to get up even earlier than I have to to go for a short run or something before classes. Ugh this is going to be so terrible lol

i wish i could tell you. i thought mine would be solved by some late night runs (which it did) but only for the time being. It gave me such a great rush but after I finally went to bed and woke up the next morning I was still having the same episodes throughout the day, until I finally get to workout/go running again.

Great job Lyn you should be very proud. I always thought that "freshman15" wouldn't happen to me but it turned out I gained almost 20 lbs after my first year of school. I'm almost done my second now and have been working very hard to get rid of the weight I ha put on and I am almost there!
