Not enough time in the day :(

Im a 26 year old female who works 10 hours a day. by the time i get home im so tired from work, i dont want to do anything but relax. Any tips or suggestions on how i should overcome this? I know that in order to loose the weight i need to loose, exercising is key.

Any advice is appriciated!!!!

    Trust me I know the feeling, i Work all the time too :( What helps me is always planning on a day off being gym day, and having a really hard workout. Also, if you dont have to work ridiculously early try going to bed early the night before, getting up early before work and attempting to get in some sort of workout, even if its just a quick qorkout each day before work. No one feels like doing much of anything after they get off work :(

    Try starting with something small. Possibly a half hour walk after work. Sleect maybe a few days to do it, and then your other days to relax. Something to start to get you in a routine.
