Even if you aren't at your goal yet, I think it is so encouraging when someone notices all of the hard work you have put into this journey. Whether if they say you look great or admire your dedication to lifestyle change. It really motivates me! What is the best compliment you have received since losing weight?

    It's great hearing "you look like you lost some weight." especially when you hear other people mention your weight loss in the same day. Huge esteem booster!!

    "Wow you must have done a lot of hard work! Nice job!'.. I'm kinda weird when people say that 'I look good' without the weight or something.. because it's not really about looks for me.. I think I was beautiful before hand too.. It just makes me feel weird :X
