Bump.....my loss is stalled with intake staying at 1350 calories a day. Definitely plan to thoroughly look at these in depth guidelines and recalculate everything! Love the Alton Brown oven method....fool proof and perfect every time. I sometimes substitute broth for part of the water or add parsley, garlic or onion powder to give it more dimension and make a batch and a half or double it for later in the week, since I am running the oven anyway!

I find I get that way if I don't have enough lean protein....some days are just like that though, especially when the hormones get squirrley! Find something low cal to munch, red bell peppers strips have been my favorites lately! :flowerforyou:

Add the fiber to your tracked nutrients and aim for at least 25 grams per day! My belly has gone down a lot since I have increased the fiber. Also cardio (I have been walking minimum 3 miles/day) and power yoga have helped with my core all together! Good luck to you!
