I do Shakeology for breakfast. It's a meal replacement-type shake. I like the chocolate the best, with a bit of almond milk. Yummy!

Hi, Karie! I too have 100 lbs to lose. I'm not in the Baltimore area, but I'm on this site plenty! I've only been here a little over a month and have lost 8.8 thus far...and I'm still excited about the journey to lose the next 91.2! You can totally do this!

make sure you drink lots of water. otherwise your body will store it. it sounds like you're doing amazing things though. keep working it and it'll work for you.

This is kind of what I've been doing. It's been easier to incorporate than I anticipated. But I live alone and don't have to worry about cooking to please others. set your workout to music. I don't know how many songs you want to get through. But pick songs that keep you pumped and go the speed of your reps. I also like the idea of tracking your progress with pictures.
