Reviewing your fit bit data I agree with all the others on the salt intake. Cut that back and take a water pill it should help straighten you out... And remember that sometimes the TOTM can cause uncontrolled scale changes.

I do not think that Pills are the answer. Plateaus happen due to the same form of exercise. Your body sees it as normal. I would suggest increasing your intensity of the workout and changing it up. I would agree that everyone is different. I, myself, find it VERY difficult to lose weight. I am happy just to maintain and be healthy - as long as it doesn't go back up.

I love going to the classes at my gym. It makes it very fun with the group and music and harder to quit....don't want to walk out in the middle of a group :) Also, the bike is a great idea as mentioned below.
