Yeah this happened to me but it was also the reason I wanted to lose weight. I tried to eat healthy during pregnancy but gave up counting calories. Still about 15lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight. Hopefully the same thing will happen again ;-)

Yes! I have this!! I had a EMC in March, can see the muscles split. I try to avoid sit ups and 'pull in' my muscles throughout the day, also practice yoga in the 'cat' position. Not sure if it's working tbh.

MFP is designed to eat back exercise calories. Some people don't eat them all back as they believe MFP overestimate's them. I eat mine back and lose on average 2lb a week.

I just plug in my headphones and zone out tbh! Now and again I get the patronising "good for you" "how often do you come?" comment's, I just smile and ask the same back. I've noticed the more regular I've gone the more accepted I seem to be. In all fairness I couldn't care less what everyone else thinks but nevermind.

The thing with weight watchers is its basically counting calories with the emphasis on more nutrional food's. You can do the exact same with MFP. Mmmm had 30g today but only because someone posted a photo on the news feed and I had to satisfy my cravings lol. I used to eat 2 slices of toast and peanut butter in the morning quite often, I knew it wasnt low cal but until I started countin I didn't realise HOW high!

I agree, you've stopped yourself in the act. Draw a line under it, make a plan for the next week or even day. ..and update in a weeks time when you've stayed the same or lost a little. You can do this, everyone has blips.

I do circuits on a Tuesday/Friday, these include strength training. If not I do weights in the gym. I try to swim 4-5 days for an hour weekdays (after acticities). Yoga for 1hr on a Wednesday. Walking is about the only exercise I find better with someone because I can chat and walk, end up going further with a buddy. Gym, classes, swimming I prefer on my own. People often suggest going together to be nice but I end up chatting and slowing down. Much prefer on my own.

If you know you arequire going to snack, plan snacks in your goal? I love olives as a snack bug you could plan popcorn, carrot stocks. ..whatever fits. Just don't have surplus avaliable

I don't sit at a desk day in day out but when I do and need a snack I usually have tea with semi skimmed milk or cut up a big bowl of strawberries to pick at. In generally having a big glass of water keeps me from getting hungry unless I actually am.

Having an infection (unrelated to workout ) can raise your temp so if your not feeling great maybe get checked out by a doctor? Unless you are under stress I'm not too sure.
