I mix it into my morning oatmeal with a little bit of milk. I use it as a replacement as much as possible. I really don't like the taste so I have to "hide" it in my food most of the time. But it's healthy and easily disguised :)

I would recommend going to a local running store. They will watch you walk and make shoe recommendations based off this. That way you will know if you need extra support from a shoe and are able to try a variety of shoes on and find one that feels comfy.

Not a good diet choice...but an occasional splurge is a PB and Dorito sandwich.... But otherwise PB on low fat cinnamon gram crackers, PB and pretzels, PB and baked Tositos, PB mixed into oatmeal. PB has to be the most versatile food ever!
