I understand your frustration. I am almost the same height as you are and weighted about the same weight. I then started to live on 1400 cals there or there about and have seen the weight shift. I think 2000 cals a day is quite a lot so maybe cut it down to around the 1500 mark and see if that works

Well done to your wife!!!! It truly is a great site to motivate you in weight loss. I mean 4500 a day is a lot of calories buddy. Stick with the plan and you'll shed those unwanted pounds in no time. Best of luck

Hey Lo, 30lbs isnt that bad and very attainable. Your current state of mind probably doens help and I am sure youre gutted with not being able to play sport again. hey there and greetings from Ireland £75 a week sounds ok to be honest because food definitely cheaper in uk than ireland. We are five at home and spend about €200 a week on food. I see you have a child too so its really only 2 and a half people :). Mind you we do a weekly shop in a Tesco so not much by way of speciality…

Cheers honey, it has been mostly diet and cutting back on sweet thinks and fizzy drinks. I mean I am over 6'2" so I was able to carry a little weight but feel so much better for it now though. hey there, best of luck with the loss. I find it actually focuses you on what you are eating. I have founds it a great tool in my weight loss and have lost almost 20lbs in about 5 weeks. I find i can still have the odd blow out and it gets me right back on track
