I am new to this site - it was recommended by a friend. My goal is to lose 25 pounds by Christmas.

    Good luck! I have lost weight in the past and my trick is to just go all out and make sure you are eating natural foods not processed as much as possible. And exercise. Best of luck to you, you can do it.

    hey there, best of luck with the loss. I find it actually focuses you on what you are eating. I have founds it a great tool in my weight loss and have lost almost 20lbs in about 5 weeks. I find i can still have the odd blow out and it gets me right back on track
