    I'm on the same great journey myself. I have completed a 51 day streak and am down almost 16lbs without a change in exercise. I'm making sure to lose weight steadily so I don't store fat or set unrealistic goals for myself. I weighed 330 when I started and it was the biggest I had ever been. Just after 16lbs I am feeling much better. I can't wait to get to an accomplishment like yours.

    That's great! Have you ever gone to the store and tried picking up a 50 lb bag of dirt or dry cement??? It's amazing to think you've lost so much more than that! Congrats!!!
