Hello! I have been logging into myfitnesspal for 6 days now! I absolutely love it! I'm 5'2 and 114 pounds. I workout a lot, because I love it! I also like to eat
My thing is: If it's there and I'm hungry, why not eat it? WRONG! I shouldn't have this mentality, but unfortunately I often do. Don't get me wrong, I love my veggies and fruits but it sure does get expensive when you are living on a budget. My weakness is eating after dinner. I will look at my daily log and find that I am gaining most of my calories during the end of the day rather than the beginning. Well, I'm thrilled that this website is available to us for Free!! I'm looking forward to reading other topics and responding to them as well!

best of luck with the site. It has done me the world of good an I think eating after dinner is just a frame of mind and it can be broken.
