Soya sauce, teriyaki sauce, the fake crab in the California sushi rolls etc. luckily my husband is a chef and can help but honestly it sucks :( I would rather not eat gluten than have the horrible…

I have a fitbit one and a HRM, I use the fitbit for tracking my 'everyday' activities and calories burned, and I use my HRM for exercising because it is more accurate and I can track my heart rate,

I bought a Suunto 4 months ago because I wanted a HRM that was easy to use and under $100. I'm really happy with my purchase, it's so easy to use and set up.no issuesat this point. Good luck!

Sorry, I didn't post this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912914-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013 That post states that if you take your 2226 calories for being moderately active and -20% for wt loss, your trainer is bang on, your calculation would be 1780. How are you finding the wt loss on 1700 calories?

Hi! I started Insanity yesterday Feb 18, I don't have a heart rate monitor at the moment, but I was wondering you would track your calories burned on MFP?

@ Haybales - Quick question, do I still count and eat my excersise if I follow the lightly active number of 1862 that was calculated by Fit 2 Fat? Or is it already included in that number? I'm a nurse that works 12 hour shifts and walks for most of that 12 hours 3-4 days a week but then I have several days off in a row…

Way to go!!!

I'm with you! I'm starting tomorrow!

I think you are eating too little calories. Calculate your BMR, I'm sure 1200 calories is under it. Try eating just a little over your BMR and your excersize calories and I'm sure you will still lose. M I'm a RN and work 12 hour shifts, I can't eat the 1200 calories and feel full, my BMR is 1370 so I'm eating 1450 and…

Congrats!!!!!! Good job!

I lost about 56 lbs on WW and I find that I can eat more on MFP. Also the food data base way bigger. Also counting calories makes more sense to me then counting points.
