I don't like to run in the dark so now that it is a little cooler I'm going to start (today) running during my lunch hour. I get extra sleep, have a break from work, but still get in my exercise. It's a win-win for everyone!

It sounds like you may have hit a plateau. I recommend maintaining your exercise program but increasing you calories to 1000-1200 (or more) for a few weeks and see if anything changes.

I think you need to focus on what works for you and what you are comfortable with and let go of what other people on MFP are doing and experiencing.

Try adding (slowly) some PGX granules to your diet. PGX is a soluble fiber and will help you to feel more full and satisfied. ***RAMP UP TO THE FULL DOSAGE SLOWLY*** so that your body has time to adjust to the extra dietary fiber.

I adopted a plant-based lifestyle in July 2012 after watching the inspiring documentary, "Forks Over Knives". My father, had triple bypass surgery when he was 55 y.o. He was healthy and did not smoke or drink. I don't want that to me and I'm only 7 years away from 55! I think, overall, plant-based eating is healty!

I used PoF. I met a lot of very nice men. There were some dogs of course but filter them out and move on. Also, evaluate your profile and make sure you are fishing with the right bait. If you want a stable, reliable, man who is interested in a relationship make sure your profile is sending the right message. :)

I drink 8 oz when i get up in the morning -- has to be done before I can have coffee or anything else. Then I carry my 20 oz cup with me wherever i go. I do a lot of mindless *water* drinking while I'm driving ... it keeps me occupied in the car.
