I like doing both, I usually do 25 mins on treadmill(running) 30 mins elipitical. I really think they both have their advantages & disadvantages.

this sounds like more for me, I was trying to do 100 miles for november. I'm finding out that I'm getting burned out & my muscles are really sore. I think I will try to shoot for 500 mins & see how I do.

I've been eatting trail mix, it fills me up & last. It's about 130 cals, it also gives that sweet taste that sometimes we crave for.

I'm counting my lounges/swats when I do my 30 day shred. I'm so proud of myself that I got up again at 4:30 & did 30day shred, day 2. Wow I like getting up cause once I get moving I feel so much more energetic, I'm just hoping that I keep this pace up.
