I'm in! I see good form on these crunches is to hold for a seond or 2 before going back down - eek!
Would this work if I wanted to do the crunches that come up to the left - middle - right to work the obliques?0 -
I'm in. I do 150-250 almost daily, but i am working on having better form. I'll do my initial test once kids are in bed and see how far i get in good form.0

count me in got some baby flab to get rid of in this lovely weight loss journey. will do the test tomorrow walked and did the 30 day shred already today so a bit tired right now. Going to do the test when I get up in the morning.0

I did my initial test this morning and got a 22. I am also doing the 100 pushups and 200 squats My pushups were sad I only got 10, I was informed by my husband today I don't go down far enough in my push up so I really focused on getting down there during the test. I was pleased with the squats I got 63!
I am looking forward to the next 6 weeks with everyone!!0 -

for those of that wanted to know I like to do this twice a year, see I'm active duty Navy and my PRT test is coming up in May.
Not much time to workout yesterday, I just did as many as I could before going on to watch.

they make a little ball for the small of your back to help and there are some curved ab boards that will support the lower back.
20 sit ups is good hang in there you can make 200 before June0 -
