i cant remember if it was estrogen i think i cant be 100% sure on this. well i have followed diet/healthy eating 100% and also exercised. either or both. and this weight wont shift. I have even played around with how many calories i am eating. Thanks

I have a sweet tooth so i crave sweet things like chocolate or cream buns ect. So i try having fruit. Seems to work but sometimes that small peice of chocolate before the peice of fruit works for me.

I am on that pill too i have been since may last year. I have put 2lb on since being on that pill i was told that its not that the pill makes you put weight on but your appetite increases and to eat fruit or veg (but when you eat the same amount of calories daily, makes you wonder if it does). HI this is similar to me. i am 5'3, 136LB, my goal weight is 122lb. Once i reach this weight i will see how i feel to see if i need to push for any more weight loss.
