My fitness pal & steps
I have a galaxy fit2 attached to samsung health but for some reason it wont upload my steps from samsung health to my fitness pal. I have disconnected and reconnected. I have checked for updates and i have also check the permissions. Anyone have the same problem? Or anybody no a fix please

gym advise
I have joined pure gym... there machines have a fat burn programme. I did this on the cross trainer. Any one advise me one what is best to get maximum fat burn from my sessions. I no build muscle ect..... im going bk to they gym 8 months after having my son. So i need refreshing on what is best.

question - little bursts of exercise
If i was to start doing the following 1 minute jumping jacks then rest for 30 seconds then repeat till i had done 5 mins and keep doing it through out the day.... would u log it as 5mins each time or add it up at end of they day? Going to try doing it but do jumping jacks squats lunges ect..... and would u log it under…

filling healthy meals
Please can people help me with filling healthy meals which will help my weight loss but also obviously keep me fuller for longer and stay within my 1200 cals and under my nutritional. need real help
My weight is just not shifting. No matter how much i exercise or how healthy i eat.... i have been to doctors and they wont help not even check my thyroid. I cant afford to go to weightwatchers or slimming world..... its really depressing me now.

If i eat 1200 cals and burn 200...... do i eat 200 cals back to make food intake 1200 again? I am having to use mfp calories burned as i dont have heart rate monitor .

zumba fitness -wii
What do people think? I did it last night for the 1st time. Really enjoyed it tho i could feel it in my calves and was really sweating after the 1st go which was 20min. Is this a good way of getting a work out every day? ( i a also doing 30day shred every other day)

Once I have completed 30 days shred what would be the best thing to move on to? Any ideas would be great. I'm not finished with 30 day shred just yet i'm just trying to plan so i'm not left with out anything...?

Any one have any ideas in how to help stop water retention? I no it has to do with sodium...... but just not sure to do next. I drink 2 litres of water a day im trying to aim for more water each day. And i have started 30 day shred and walking.

Have i got this right?
Scoobysworkshop.com....... My BMR is 1428 my TDEE is 1713 20% fat reduction is 1371 calories per day. That is based on doing very little exercise or nothing. Does that seem right? AND on the days i do exercise, I need to eat them back???? I cant seem to get my head around this
