30day shred your results

When i to the gym or swimming, my boyfriend gets the face on he doesnt like me going and it causes arguments. So how can i work out with out going to gym??? I find it hard to work out at home because when i get home i just want to chill out.... so what can i do??? does any1 have any ideas?
