Hi People,
I have a pear shaped body. By bum thighs and hips are bigger than every where else.
Is there any other pear shapped people out there? If so what is the best thing you have done that has helped sllim down your lower half? Such as diet, exercise routines.
I no you cant Spot reduce. Also i still want to have curves just not as big and aobbly as they are.

I am definitely a pear and just started here. I would love to hear from others as well.0

If you know you can't spot-reduce, then why are you asking how to trim down your lower half? That's the same thing.
As you lower your body fat percentage, the weight will come off wherever it wants to come off. I'm pear-shaped, which means it comes off the top first and the bottom last. If you carry your weight on the bottom, that's where it will stay for the time being because that's where your body stores fat. Just keep losing, and you'll see a difference in time.0 -
In the past running has always been the best thing for me. And weight training heavy. Those two help reshape me. Even if I'm still a pear, its a much smaller, more toned pear.0
