im a college student and single mum so i can give you some ideas haha

Breakfast - Smoothie in a flask
Lunch - Chicken and spring onions (takes 15 mins to cook) and can be easily put in a container
Dinner - A quick and easy stir fry x

Depends how on the go you need, whether you have anywhere to keep things in the fridge or can heat anything up.

    But some ideas:

    Breakfast:

Porridge, one of the instant pots or sachets. Just add hot water (I do this each morning at work)

Smoothie, prepare morning and carry in flask

Frozen fruit and yoghurt (I get out the fruit and a seperate portion of yoghurt put the yoghurt pot in the bigger one with the frozen fruit and then eat a few hours later with no need for a fridge as frozen fruit keep yoghurt cold and after a few hours fruits defrosted to eat) (This is my snack when I'm travelling)

    Lunch

Soup (have it already hot in a flask and your good to go if you can't heat it up)

    Pre cooked chicken and salad

Asian broths (make a basic broth with stock, fish sauce, lime, lemon grass, chilli, whatever your tastes are: then have a container/bowl with bean sprouts, pak choi, spring onion and thinly sliced beef/chicken, add the hot broth when your ready to eat and it cooks the meat through, so either heat up in work or carry flask with hot stock ready to pour on :) ) I often do tom yum or Beef Pho

    Wraps/Sandwiches

    Dinner

If on the go, same as lunches

    :)
