Cook chicken over lower heat (med) with at least 3 tbs of paprika, and some salt/pepper (and onions and garlic if you like that). Try not to cook all the juices away, but do allow a bit of carmelization. After it's cooked, mix in greek yogurt or sour cream. Serve over rice or pasta. You can also do the same with curry and cumin instead of paprika.

Cook chicken in with tomatoes, a squirt of lemon juice, and garlic (I also like to add mushrooms). Finish off with parm cheese if watned.
    or
tomates, bell pepper, mushrooms, and orgeno, thyme, salt and pepper.

Or, cayenne, chilli powder, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper, oregeno, for a chicken taco flavor (serve with yogurt or sour cream). good with rice.

1/2 cup chicken stock, 1 tbs soya sauce, 1 tbs fresh ginger, 1 tsp brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp corn starch = stir fry sauce (as always, I also like to add garlic... and some chilli flakes for myself)
  • I had this for supper tonight -

    Stupid Easy Chicken
    2 lbs chicken breast
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 packet italian dressing mix
Dump in crockpot, cook until the chicken is done. Serve with rice or noodles.

I threw this together last night and it was yummy!

    chicken breasts diced (175g)
    cooked brown rice (30g)
    asparagus chopped up,
    onion diced
    mushrooms diced
    chicken stock
    parsley
    salt/black pepper
    garlic
half tablespoon of ligh cream cheese (15g)

Tastes very similar to a risotto! Basically cook off the chicken and brown it with garlic, onion, mushrtooms and asparagus, black pepper, salt and parsley. Add the cooked brown rice and mix up, pour in the stock and simmer as the rice absorbs the stock. The right at the end mix in the cream cheese. Can always sprinkle in some parmeasan cheese too.
