I no you cant spot reduce........... But how can i strengthen all these muscles??? As i am pregnant i want to strengthen all the above muscles to help for when i have more weight to carry. I cant do stuff to strenuous (obviously( but something that might help.
Any Ideas???
I am trying to walk abit more with my dogs, and im going to start squats while i am able to (as when i get a big bump im not going to manage them, i dont think)

strength training.
you are your own gym. thats if you can't get to a gym to lift
otherwise, pick one of either SS, SL or NROLFW
as for lifting while knocked up, honestly for every person you find saying do noting hard, i can show you sporty women who lifted right until the day they popped the kid out. so take it for what you will.0 -

Walking is great but it will not help you get toned body. if you type pregnancy workout in Youtube, you will get tones of different workouts. My best advice for serious buffing would be to leave it for time after birth.0
