What do people think?
I did it last night for the 1st time. Really enjoyed it tho i could feel it in my calves and was really sweating after the 1st go which was 20min.
Is this a good way of getting a work out every day?
( i a also doing 30day shred every other day)

    Any movement that replaces sitting on ones tush is most likely an improvement. I do a mix of things and one of those things is Zumba once a week. Movement is a good thing
  • Any exercise that you enjoy such as zumba is good since you will be motivated to do it every day. You can also add some toning exercises there are tons of free video on youtube. Enjoy and keep moving.
