I have joined pure gym... there machines have a fat burn programme. I did this on the cross trainer.
Any one advise me one what is best to get maximum fat burn from my sessions. I no build muscle ect..... im going bk to they gym 8 months after having my son. So i need refreshing on what is best.

Best is to ignore the so called fat burn zone! Totally irrelevant throwback to the 1980's. Exercise at an intensity and duration that suits your fitness goals and capabilities.0
