gym advise

I have joined pure gym... there machines have a fat burn programme. I did this on the cross trainer.
Any one advise me one what is best to get maximum fat burn from my sessions. I no build muscle ect..... im going bk to they gym 8 months after having my son. So i need refreshing on what is best.

    my top 4 calorie burns per hour
    1 swimming. 1000+
    2 squash. 1000+
    3 rowing. 600+
    4 elliptical. 500+

    Best is to ignore the so called fat burn zone! Totally irrelevant throwback to the 1980's. Exercise at an intensity and duration that suits your fitness goals and capabilities.
