question - little bursts of exercise

If i was to start doing the following
1 minute jumping jacks then rest for 30 seconds then repeat till i had done 5 mins and keep doing it through out the day.... would u log it as 5mins each time or add it up at end of they day?
Going to try doing it but do jumping jacks squats lunges ect..... and would u log it under each movement or under circuit training?
Ive started walking alot more and do a boxfit class once a week so would the above help? Also going to try fitting swimming in once a week too

What difference would it make if you log it together or separately?0

That's a great way to stay active through the day. I'd log it each time because otherwise I'd forget what I'd done.0
