I no the basics of weight loss and exercise but..... i started dieting and exercising when my son was 2 months old, he is now 8 months and my weight is just not shifting. i don't have much in my dairy on here but i do keep a paper diary.
I have been tested by my doctors n nothing is coming back as a problem to stop weight loss.
I drink water, i eat fruit and veg. I walk every where, i go to the gym 3 times a week.
I have even got my old weight watchers book out n followed that again n that has done nothing.
I no its not all about what it says on the scales but even my inches are not going down and my clothes are tight.
Any Help would be great

Eat less or move more (or both.)
All the talk always comes back to those two things.0 -

Do you measure your food? Or do you weigh your food? Not the same thing. Measuring using cups, spoons is not accurate for solid food. Weigh anything solid. And I mean anything.
If you're not losing, and have no medication/medical reasons to hinder loss, then you're either eating more than you think or burning less than you think, or both.0 -

+1
How far do you walk?
What do you do at the gym?
Are you eating back calories?

I find it easier to weigh everything, whether it is solid or not. When cooking, just add the bowl to the scale, tare, and weigh ingredients that way.0
