Please can people give me ideas of meals and snacks.... i'm everything to keep under my targets and its not working. I need easy and quick things that will help my weight loss and also boost it..... i no weight loss is not the easiest thing. But i am choosing healthy options but nothing is working.

If you opened your diary people may be able to give you more specific advice. I'm not sure what you consider 'healthy' . Weightloss is pretty basic eating less calories than you burn. So in reality you don't need special foods you just need to log accurately within your calorie goals.
Without knowing the sort of foods you like etc it's pretty hard for anyone to give specific meal or snack ideas. Good luck0 -
