30day shred your results

I am 136lb (9stone 10) 5' 3. I have done two days of the 30day shred and 1 day break. Tonight will be the 3rd day on it. Can you show me or tell me your results especiallyif there is anyone around my height and weight

    Hiya! Im 5"6 and currently 150lb....I am due to do 30DS L2 tonight for the 3rd day this week (not doing it consecutive days). I dont have any photo's yet - waiting til I have dropped half a stone at least, but i would be happy to share the results with you at the end of the month? :-)

    Hi! I'm your height but not your weight (currently 210lbs) - I've completed 20 days and am going to start level 3 today. So far I've lost 9.5lbs and a total of 14 inches all over. Keep on going, it really does work :) x
