Hi all
im 24, 5ft 3inch weight is 137lb (9st 11lb)i am heading for 126lb (9stone)

I have had to cancel my gym membership due to the fact i havent really been going and cant really afford it at the minute.
I am currently working my way through the 30 day shred. Is there any other workouts that are fun and show good results but i cant be paying really expensive prices at the momnet.
thanks

You can always check YouTube for workouts and it's free.

I have fallen in love with Zumba (great cardio burn and fun!) - not sure if you can get them on youtube :/

I also started hip hop abs..not as fun as Zumba but Shaun does make me laugh. Also a great workout and I think this one you can find on youtube.

From my understanding - like the previous poster said there are a ton on youtube all for free.

Checkout BeFit on YouTube, along with blogilates on YouTube or on blogilates.com. Fitness blender and Sweaty betties are other sites with workouts, and I've heard good things about Zuzka.

Tracy anderson total cardio is fun..

    4 10 minute dance segments!

She also does toning dvds which are good but very hard.
