Oh, dear! Hope you're better now! I was running a slight fever last night, but I'm not today. I'll definitely keep your advice in mind, though!

Seriously. She's human, and her emotions are valid. Not everyone is the same, and some people are sensitive. I can't believe the lack of empathy I see on here sometimes.

Right?! I'm crossing my fingers and saying, "Please let this be real!"
-
That's my plan. I was losing rapidly at 1400 but I was starving at the end of the day!

I don't work out at all! I lift heavy plates at work, does that count? :D
-
Silly me, forgot my question! Should I go back to 1620 based on my TDEE?

Do you think it'd be okay if I doubled the beef and left out the pork? I don't really see why it wouldn't be.

But it IS different;it's her body, and she'll live with that body for the rest of her life. It's not some object that she'll carry around for a few years.

Checkers/Rallys are definitely still going!
-
You say that now, but you'll finish the season 8-8 and miss the playoffs. ;)

I would fully support a team named the Salty Crackers.

Check out the Wegmans app! You can search foods, recipes, etc and decide on something! Also, it tells you what aisle the product you're searching for is in!

Old Bay for the win. Also great for crab, shrimp, french fries, mashed potatoes, in a dry rib rub, on popcorn, and thrown in some chicken salad.

If you wanna drink beer and you already like Miller Lite, it's your best bet for calories per ABV at 5.1%, 96 calories per 12 ounces. If I'm drinking liquor, I prefer bourbon on the rocks. Check out http://www.getdrunknotfat.com for some common adult beverage calorie counts.

Ha! I always find it funny when someone "bumps" something that's already on the front page of topics.

I'm with you there, I hate the way most reduced fat cheeses taste. I'll take the added calories for better taste!

Look at OP'S photo, see where it says "Servings Per Box about 17."
-
Okay, what does it say for the amount of servings in the entire box? Is it 17, like in OP'S photo? 17 divided by 3 is 5.6, and rounded up, that's six bags of popcorn in the box. That would make one serving for one cup popped, which is 35 calories, and 3 cups popped would be 105 for the entire bag.
-
And if there are 17 cups of popped porcorn in the whole box, it's probably a five or six pack.
-
That'd be a massive bag of microwave popcorn.
-
The servings per bag listed on the panel says about three, which means three cups popped.
-
If the entire bag makes around three cups popped, the entire bag post-popping is around 105 calories.
-
How about some french onion soup with a slice of crusty bread that's been soaked in the soupy goodness? Yum.
-
Huh?
-
You could try sweet potato casserole. It's basically sweet potatoes, pecans, and coconut. Very delicious!
-
Hahaha! I love TPB!

Just make sure you weigh it after the bread has cooled or the weight will be off!
