Gotcha. That makes sense. I do the steam/sauna combo, which feels great. I got a groupon for 12 free ones at a local spa, which is amazing, so I've been doing it every weekend. I'll just not log it and enjoy the teensy tiny number of extra calories I'm burning.

Hair under 5'2 here. I eat 1200 calories a day and it works for me. I am pretty sedentary though (I have some medical conditions I have to get under control before I can start really exercising again)

Go jogging if you're bored. Seriously, whenever I feel like bored-eating, I go for a jog. Works like a charm, ,and then if I AM tempted to go over, I've burned some calories to make up for it.

I make my vegetable-loathing SO broiled lean steak and mashed cauliflower with low-fat whipped butter. It's low fat, low carb, and tastes just like mashed potatoes!

I'm a 28F and a runner- if I can do it, you can too! Freya Lingerie has some FANTASTIC sports bras designed especially for us larger busted ladies- you can get them on Amazon or Brastop in the US, I believe. If you want to be a runner, start out walking. Jog for what you can. Every day, you'll be able to job more and more.
