i dont know how anyone has the will power to eat 1 tbsp at a sitting lol , i eat a jar in 2-3 days. easy lol...as long as you log it and keep in a deficit, you should lose <===== ironic my profile picture is what I do to pb!!

its totally different, you use much less than regular as its super dense , I am not a huge fan of it...I use it rarely in a few things as I am paleo, but something about the texture...and the strong flavor

for me & the BF we spend about $150 a week ,we eat mostly whole foods, meats, veggies and eggs primarily...no breads, no grains, and no diary for me, he eats very little of that, we never eat out. East coast canada , food is expensive, especialy organic...we could eat for $75 a week no problem, but choose not to, rather…

eating out is hard…but I find i always resort to the same thing…a salad of some sort with a chicken breast on top , dressing on side, so you can add jus enough that its not loaded :)

i think adding salt is excess , sodium occuring naturally in foods is fine enough for sodium requirements IMO.

it can be done for sure, drinks lots of water, cut sodium down, exercise, and eat a defecit . can't see why not..I 've done it before.

I find they are all the same, nothing tooooo delicious…my BF uses the bio-x power whey cookies and cream, and its pretty good

I was as a go through day after I eat anything, now I am prelogging my day, seems to be much more easier for me to keep track of totals, sometimes I have to change it but I prefere prelogging :)

this is me too...about 3 nights a week on average, and not to get drunk, just 1 or 2 glasses to unwind....but agreed If i stopped with the wine it may help my goals, but its my ONLY indulgence :sad: ....lol
