This is what I do with veggies (if this is raw) Chop them up and make a 'healthy pizza' using fold out bread, olive oil, as many veggies as possible, skim milk mozzarella cheese, add some Italian seasoning, fresh garlic and onions and AMAZING!!!! :)

    Oriental Salad

    2 packages beef-flavored Ramen noodles

1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli slaw

    1 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup sugar (you can use Splenda)

    1/2 cup white vinegar

    3/4 cup olive oil

    Directions:

Remove flavor packets from noodle packets and cook noodles. Mix broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds with the noodles.

In a small bowl, mix together the flavor packets from the noodles (if you want less sodium, only use 1 to 1-1/2 packets), the sugar, the vinegar, and the olive oil.

Pour dressing into the salad. Refrigerate overnight or until needed. Stir before serving.

I usually put a pre-made low fat asian sesame dressing. this time i found a "wasabi dijon" dressing that tastes like neither wasabi or dijon but it is delicious anyway.

If it were mine, I'd feed it to the ducks, turning it into delicious duck eggs and meat.....

I love broccoli slaw and bring it to work for lunch a few times/week. I just throw it in the microwave for about 3 minutes, add a little salt/pepper and whatever leftover protein I have from the night before and voila!
