My first time around, I got up to 192 lbs and was not comfortable with being that close to the 200s. On that go, I lost 40 lbs and gained back 30 lbs after a rough break-up. Realizing how close I was to gaining back ALL of the 40 lbs I'd worked so hard to lose made me kick it back in gear this time around.

I drool over a guy with tattoos that can look sexy rockin the tats or dressed professional in a suit/tie. I love the cleaned up looked but still knowing all the extra sexy that is underneath.

I have the same problem. Even when I was 192 lbs (i'm only 5'5) I always felt like I looked pretty good still. Or I'd spend time with friends that I thought were about my same size and then I'd see those disturbing pics of us side by side and realize how wrong I was! I've lost close to 40 lbs since then and still catch…
