Same here! Lots of Veggies! We also make taco pizzas and use salsa as the sauce. I've also used the bagel thins...but make sure to put a larger mushroom or other veggie over the hole. They cook up nice and crisp!

This didn't happen to me...but my husband. He goes to the doctor for a regular check-up having lost 48 pounds since his last visit 6 months before. The Doc comes in and says, "48 pounds...very good."
