April from Michigan!! PW - 156.0 CW - 154.0 Loss of 2 pounds :) What is our official weigh in day?? Is it anytime Monday - Wednesday? Or is it Monday but staying open 3 days because of time and location differences? I was under the impression that we should try to weigh in on Mondays.....is that correct or ok?

I agree with you all! I know on past challenges that we were expected to log our progress with that weeks challenge daily in that challenge thread. I noticed that that requirement helped keep everyone socializing and motivated because your team would be constantly checking on you and pushing you. Maybe we need to do…

I did well with my mental challenge this week as well as the nutritional. The physical part of my personal challenge this week was not good at all. But overall I am happy with the results!
