This makes me giggle. But in all seriousness, when I got on the fitness train, booze was the 1st to go. Don't want to be that fat chick as the bar (like in my pic taken 3 yrs ago at my heaviest).

I agree with this. Some people that should get healthy hide behind the curvy/ thick label so they don't have to change. That's why I don't use that term of phrase. Because, the second I do, it gives me the excuse to be lazy. And, I don't want that, at least not for me.

Usually when something like this happens. It's a blessing in disguise. Things fall apart so better things can fall together :).

My tummy is my problem too. I try this planking (more like a sustained push up) move. I feel it in my abs. But, I guess it's just a gradual process.
