Thanks everyone. I WILL NOT be logging my food because if I see how many calories I am eating I will probably have a heart attack lol. Im just not going to think about it and enjoy my trip and get back on track when i get home. After all its not like I take vacation very often.

Personally to be 30DS is not for weight loss, just to tone up a little. The entire program for me was just to easy. Im now doing the Jilian Michales Body Revolution. Its a 90 day program and I am week 4. Right now its way too easy but slowly getting a little more challenging.

Yea i am on an ultra low dose. So far it has not increased my appetite of anything or even felt bloated but the scale is staying th same. i was losing 2 pounds a week then just stopped. Makes me mad

I wanted the iud but they didnt want to put me on it cs my body has alot of problems due to being on depo for almost 15 years and the iud has no hormones in it either. i was on depo for 15 years which is something no one should ever do, it messed me up in so many ways other than i lost weight on it

I can not go back to depo due to me having my "woman problem" for months at a time. It was really messing up my life so pills with estrogen are really my only option at this point

I eat under 1000 too and even keep my carbs under 40 grams. I lose weight exercise 2 hours a day and have never felt better in my life. Im never hungry and I always am full of energy

I know but im really never hungry and i do eat very often. Very clean eating too. I eat 5 ounces of fish or chicken per meal plus like 2 cups veggies per meal. I guess this next week I will up my calories and keep same workout to see if that helps any

When i was smaller I used to run 5 miles a day, now i can only do about 2 miles. I run at a park on a sidewalk.

I have done the 30ds twice. I am currently doing it again. Just started level 2. The past couple of times I did it I only lost about 6 pounds BUT talk about toned up. I lost 4 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips and my arms actually had muscles lol I love the 30ds

Been drinking 2 tablespoons with water in morning past 3 days and it really does help with my bloating. I cant believe after all this time trying to find something that helps i finally found it. LOVE IT!!!

I quit taking the pills. Im sticking with depo and as soon as I did not take the pill I felt 100% better. My body cannot handle the pill. My bloating disappeared within a day.
