So Monday this week I did w1d1 as I mentioned, and it went well. Yesterday tho,I awoke to really bad quad pain, to the point I had trouble going down stairs... Is this normal? I'm not sure I will be able to do d2 at this point unless the pain subsides a bit.

w1D1 completed today. Sad to say I think it was the first time I have run at all in probably 20 years. It went OK tho...

I have read that their are conflicting studies showing water assist the liver in processing toxins and waste from the body, but like a lot of things for every article you read that says something good, another says something contradictory. That said, I've noticed if I don't drink enough water I can't keep things uh...…

If I am feeling deprived of something or going out with friends, I try to plan a maintenance day not a cheat day. ie instead of eating at a deficit, eat at maintenance. This will not help you lose, but at least it won't sabotage your progress.

Like so many things in life, it all depends on the person you are interacting with. I have a friend who is a "coach" that I have been friends with for years, and one day I noticed how fit she was getting. I asked her about it, and she told me about p90x and stuff, and never offered or tried to push it on me. After some…

I've tried it, it is a decent shake, but their is nothing magical about it you couldn't get from a protein shake and some vitamins. I'm sure you be be hammered with private mssg's from "coaches" offering to send you a sample if you want to try it. If budget is not an issue you could give it a shot and I'm sure you will be…

I tried 4-5 of them to be honest. The numbers I posted in my original post are from http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ regards

If you truly are averaging 300-600 calories a day, you are heading for some pretty serious health issues and I would be quite concerned for your well being. I am hoping it was a typo and you meant 1300-1600?

I'm certainly no expert, and I think you did a great job staying at your calorie limit, but I find your lack of protein disturbing.

I do a lot of taco salads so I use salsa as a dressing a lot, however I do like an occasional italian dressing salad, and came across the following at walmart -http://www.amazon.com/Olive-Garden-Italian-Salad-Dressing/dp/B00BINNY3S and at 30cal per 2tbsp it's pretty good. (I think I got it cheaper at walmart too btw)

I had to add more water to get it to a consistency I enjoyed, and keep stirring it to get the powder really worked in. I like the chocolate version much better, and 1 45cal batch (2tbsp) is perfect for dipping a granola bar in.

I do this same recipe, however after I shred the chicken, i toss it back into the crock pot, and add in a block of fat free cream cheese and let it melt into the mixture.
