This is awesome, will have to read through everything later. But my PR would be 220Ib Deadlift 5 reps 176Ib Squats 15 reps 88Ib bench press 6-8 reps working on my upper body strength. :happy:

Riding in itself is a great workout, works buns, thighs, core, arms, back. So, basically a full body workout, thats fun at the same time.
