  • I've hit mini plateaus too...but if you stick with your plan it all works out. Can you walk on your ankle? Even if you can't do strenuous woorkouts..if you keep at least walking that will help. Good luck.
  • It sounds like you're doing everything right... keep taking heart in the fact you know you are getting healthier! The only other thought I had is, are you using a food scale to help make sure your calories are what you think they are? Keep up the good work...and don't give up! Shawn
  • Hi Amy, Welcome...the site has helped me stay focused and accountable. I don't log before I eat, but just logging for awhile helps you realize where the pitfalls are. You get so you "know" how many calories are in things. Good luck!
