I started out at 185 lbs. :noway:

and now, i'm still not where i want to be, but i've lost 30 lbs, and i'm currently at 155.

i'd like to lose at least another 25. and seeing this picture is my motivation.

NEVER AGAIN! :drinker:

    Awesome... :happy: Congrats... I'm 155 now too, but only 5'2" so have a ways to go to look that good...but I'm getting there!

    Wow! Thanks for posting those pics! It not only gives me incentive to push on toward my goal of losing 30 pounds but makes me realize how that extra weight really looks on me. Sometimes it's harder to see it on yourself. Congrats and keep the faith:)

    lol well thank you! i still wanna get to my "normal" weight range! its not all solid, trust me. i've still got lots of jiggling going on. :laugh:

    plus, the chest could shrink a little... :blushing:
