People always trying to give advice on what is not healthy . If you know what is healthy then you would not be on MFP trying to lose weight , because you would have never consumed so many un healthy calories to be fat. People losel 5 lbs and swear they autritionist

I lost only 1.2 lbs and I been also doing extra exercises. I been hitting the gym too. I was expected a higher number. Maybe we gained more muscles

I lost 1.2 pounds since last Monday, thought the number woul have been higher but I am still happy, as long as I didn't gained or or stayed the same. I now weigh 224.8 lbs goal is 140lbs :)

Hello everyone my name is Juanita and I am excited to join this group. I Just had a baby girl this past Augustand continued to eat as if I was pregnant after I had her until 3 weeks ago. I already completed day 1 and 2 so I am right on track with you guys. My current weight is 223 lbs. Well Lets do this!!!!
