Nice legs! You must be doing something right if you've already lost 58 pounds, great work! I'd say keep it up and you'll lose the last bit of weight and the muscle will be more visible. I imagine you're getting some cardio in with the strength training?0

yesterday i didnt do cardo
today i ran outside for 30 minutes interval training style
